2533949 Ontario Inc. - 100% interest (inactive). (Pursuant to section 13 of the Members� Integrity Act, 1994 the Integrity Commissioner has ruled that Minister Cho is not required to place 2533949 Ontario Inc. in trust on the condition that it remains inactive.)

Investment and registered accounts:

Shares - Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. (Pursuant to section 13 of the Members� Integrity Act, 1994, the Integrity Commissioner has ruled that Minister Cho is not required to place these shares in trust on the condition that he does not buy, sell or trade same.)

Minister Cho received the following:

� Airfare and accommodation from the Overseas Koreans Politicians Council and Overseas Koreans Foundation for the Global Korean Politicians Forum.

� A ticket from the Canadian Gaming Association for the Canadian Gaming Summit Exhibition.

Salary - Legislative Assembly of Ontario, Minister.

Real Estate Commissions - Royal LePage New Concept (Commissions were for sales activities carried out prior to 2018).

Rental Income.

Mortgages - TD Bank.
